Powered by Lowry Technical Associates, Omar envisioned Lean Advisory Consulting, as a way to expand current Lowry capabilities in Engineering with the discipline of execution of Lean Manufacturing. Omar has held leadership roles in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing management, where he successfully improved OEE across multiple facilities, delivered multi-million-dollar savings through loss elimination and lean deployment, led end-to-end transformations in production systems, logistics, and capability building, coached and certified TPM and Lean practitioners across regional teams and built high-performance cultures anchored in accountability and continuous improvement.
Omar’s approach combines hands-on plant experience, executive-level strategy, and a passion for developing people — the critical factor in sustainable change.
As certified TPM Coach, Six Sigma Black Belt, and graduate in Electromechanical Engineering with postgraduate studies in Operations Direction, Omar blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership. His approach centers on developing people, enabling data-driven decisions, and embedding systems that sustain performance long after the project ends.
Omar brings a powerful combination of global operational experience, deep Lean/TPM mastery, and a passion for helping organizations eliminate losses, strengthen capability, and achieve operational excellence.
Fadia Gonzalez
CONSULTANT
Fadia is an accomplished operations, supply chain, and technical management professional with more than 14 years of experience working for global companies including Procter & Gamble, Monsanto, and NSF International. Her career spans leadership roles across manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, HR management, global technical operations, and audit delivery for international quality and food safety programs.
Fadia brings deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, EHS, quality systems, supply chain optimization, and organizational capability building. She has led multi-continent technical teams, improved certification processes across four global regions, and managed high-impact programs in food safety, agriculture, and supply chain compliance.
Her strengths include cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, talent development, HR and labor relations, negotiation, operational excellence, and implementation of compliance systems including ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, GFSI, and supply assurance protocols. She is also a Certified Lean Practitioner, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, and certified internal auditor.
